A client can raise two type of disputes
The client can generate this dispute if the work submitted by the freelancer is not complete i.e., the work is not according to what was decided in the beginning or it was incomplete
Whenever this dispute will be generated, freelancer will be notified that a dispute has been raised against him stating the concern of the client. Another notification will be sent to admin notifying him about the dispute generated. An admin can either send a warning to the freelancer to submit the complete work or else he will be banned from the platform or an admin can initiate a refund if the client has asked for it
The client can only raise this dispute after the work has been submitted for approval
A client can raise this dispute if the freelancer uses abusive language or foul words and ask the client to give him a favor or do something that is against the community standards, guidelines and principles.
Once this dispute is raised, the freelancer will be informed of the dispute raised against him. This dispute will be marked as resolved by the admin. An admin can either generate a warning for the freelancer or ban the user from the platform to mark the dispute as resolved
The client can only generate this dispute if he has an ongoing job with the freelancer against which he wants to raise a dispute.
