💡 This page contains information about the types of disputes a freelancer can raise and how to resolve them

There are a total of four types of disputes that can be raised by the freelancer,
The freelancer can raise it if he wants to charge more for the service. The freelancer can add the additional amount he would like to charge. e.g. If the freelancer is currently charging 25$ and he wants the employer to raise the amount to 35$, he can add a request for 10$.
Once the freelancer has raised this dispute, the employer will receive a notification. Now, the employer will have two options either to accept it or decline it. If the employer accepts it, he will be charged the additional amount and the platform fee will be deducted from the additional amount. And if he declines, no amount will be charged and the freelancer will be notified.
The freelancer can only raise this dispute when the project is ongoing, he cannot raise it after submitting the work.
The freelancer can raise this dispute if the employer has neither accepted the work nor given any feedback.
